NexMate uses a usage-based credits model. Every image, video, or music generation consumes credits based on model tier, duration, resolution, and task complexity. Advanced models and higher-quality outputs cost more per run. You can usually preview estimated credit cost before submission. If a task fails to deliver valid output, credit handling follows the platform's compensation policy.

There is no fixed item limit. Your total output depends on your available credit balance and the per-task cost of the model you choose. Lower-cost models let you generate more runs, while premium models consume balance faster. You can increase capacity by upgrading your subscription or buying extra credit packs.

Yes. You can turn off auto-renew at any time during an active cycle. Turning it off schedules cancellation at period end, so you won't be charged for the next cycle. Your current plan benefits remain available until the end of the paid period. You can manage this in the VIP Center.

In most cases, monthly subscription credits are cycle-based and do not roll over indefinitely into future cycles. Unused credits may expire at cycle end. Purchased top-up credit packs follow their own validity rules shown on the checkout and billing pages.

Monthly credits are typically granted when the subscription becomes active, then refreshed at the beginning of each successful renewal cycle. In rare cases (payment verification, risk checks, billing delays), credit delivery may be temporarily deferred and then automatically completed once the payment state is confirmed.

Go to the Credits section on the subscription page and purchase a top-up package that fits your workload. Credits are usually added shortly after payment is confirmed and can be used together with subscription credits. If you run frequent or high-cost jobs, topping up in advance helps avoid interruptions.

Yes, auto-renew is enabled by default. Near the cycle end, the system attempts renewal using your saved payment method. If renewal succeeds, your plan continues into the next billing period. You can turn off auto-renew anytime before the next billing date in the VIP Center.

Annual plans are billed once per year and usually provide a better effective monthly price for long-term creators. Plan benefits stay active throughout the annual term. Credit release rules can vary by plan design (monthly allocation or annual pool), and the final behavior is defined by checkout and billing details.

Because credits and subscription benefits are digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable once service delivery has started (for example, benefits activated or credits granted/used). If you experienced duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or legally covered cases, contact support with your order ID for case-by-case review.

Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly) and cover ongoing benefits plus cycle-based credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases for additional balance. Both can be used together. Actual deduction order and billing records follow the platform's accounting rules and are reflected in your order history.

EU users may have statutory withdrawal rights depending on applicable consumer law. However, for digital services that begin immediately after explicit consent, withdrawal rights can be limited by law. Please review the applicable terms shown at checkout or contact support for your specific case.

After account deletion, remaining subscription benefits and unused credits are typically forfeited. Historical records may be retained or anonymized as required by compliance and accounting obligations. Since deletion is irreversible, export needed assets and cancel auto-renew before proceeding.
